SPIRIT GROWTH | MIND ALIGNMENT |
SOCIETAL INFLUENCE & GOVERNANCE
God's loving call is towards Man, but more Mankind and global Humanity than the individual person even though it will find its ultimate and final expression in the salvation of every single man and woman. But his primary focus is still Mankind as a whole.
To Adam and Eve he said (Gen 1,28): "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth." God had his whole creation in mind.
To Abraham and Sarah he said (Gen 12,1-3): "Get out of your country, from your family and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you. I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed." The fall has neither affected nor deviated God's focus and masterplan.
To the disciples he said (Joh 3,16-21): "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He who believes in him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God." Here in the New Testament and from the very mouth the the Son of God this dualistic order and harmony made of the global perspective and the final personal address.
And again at the end of his earthly life and assignment (Matt 28,18-20): "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." He made his final proclamation right before the mandate is transferred from the Son to the sons, who became the fathers of the Church, the models to reproduce, the patterns to form, express and spread.
God addresses the Land in order to bring it in alignment with its original destiny. To fulfil that purpose he needs Man.
In the era going from the fall of first Adam to the arrival of the last Adam God succeeded in establishing temporary expressions of the Kingdom on earth, in the nation of Israel through the lives of selected, trained and tested men and women. Most of them who responded to his call, and were formed through the work of his hands qualified for global assignments which affected the daily lives -personal, social, financial, professional, marital - of millions of individuals and families.
The finished total work of Christ has opened the door for Man to enter a new and divine zone of partnership with God carrying the potential of permanent changes in societal life. The Church belongs to this perspective and there her role is ultimately defined. The Church is built ny the Spirit into "a dwelling for God" (Eph 2,22). The dwelling place is not a resting place but a building place, where Man is being progressively formed to the likeness of Christ. It is also a governing place where righteous authority is restored in the genes of Man so his original royal and priestly assignment can come into functional order again.
For this reason Jesus fulfilled his assignment. For this reason the Spirit revealed the mystery which had been kept not from Man, but for Man... and explained to apostles and prophets. Among them was Paul (Eph 3,1-5), and for this same reason he prayed intensive for the Church (Eph 1,15 and 3,14).
And for this reason a lot has to happen, and it will happen. The next three years 2016 to 2018 will be meaningful time-frame for major changes, adjustments to take place as more insight is released to apostolic and prophetic fathers and leaders.
1) We will have to grow up... it has to do with our life in the Spirit and the reality of turning its potential into functional capacity.
2) We will have to think... it has to do with our minds and our consciousness of the fact that patterns are stronger than knowledge.
3) We will have to govern... it has to do with 'body' of our life, the environment where we live, our professional sphere as well as our social network.
Let God be our good shepherd!
